No-fly zone plus

The UN Security Council has backed a resolution on Libya that supports a no-fly zone and “all necessary measures” to protect civilians. News reports suggest Britain, France, the US, and some gulf states may begin air attacks on Gadoughphi’s forces within hours. I’m not sure this is wise, and I’m doubly not sure the US should join the attacks, but I hope they’re successful.

Of course I could say American forces can’t legally attack because the Congress has not declared war on Libya, but that ship sailed a long time ago.
