This raspberry Italian cream soda is easy to mix up, looks impressive, and tastes pretty good. The dried apricots covered in dark chocolate from Stam are bound to be good too, but I don’t have any of those.

  1. I’m thinking the apricots could be duplicated at home to some extent but one important step would have to be to plump the dried apricots somewhat before coating them. These are much softer than the normal dried apricots that I get.

    1. Someone else does the candy making here, but I could probably manage that. It wouldn’t be Stam chocolate, but it could be pretty good.
